- •Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments
- •Knowledge of material planning, scheduling, and production planning principles
- •Understanding of inventory management, MIN/MAX systems, and stock-related KPIs
- •Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Plan and provision materials based on demand and timelines
- •Ensure material availability according to customer orders and production plans
- •Monitor and control inventory levels using MIN/MAX parameters
- •Initiate actions to reduce inventory while maintaining delivery capability
- •Continuously monitor stock levels, coverage, and material movements
- •Plan and control production on time in coordination with internal stakeholders
- •Optimize production planning considering capacities, priorities, and material availability
- •Manage orders, including confirming and maintaining delivery dates in the ERP system
- •Communicate and coordinate closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, customer service, and shipping
- •Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory records
- •Identify and resolve material shortages, implementing corrective actions as needed
- •Maintain planning-relevant master data within the ERP system
- •Contribute to the continuous improvement of material planning and scheduling processes
