Requirements
- University degree in scientific or technical field
- Several years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or material/ingredient assessment
- Strong background in material and product testing
- Solid understanding of global regulatory frameworks
- Experience with manufacturing processes and product development
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERP or database systems
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Provide technical guidance on material compliance
- Ensure ingredient and material compliance with guidelines
- Ensure material compliance with local regulations
- Interpret global technical regulations for products
- Interpret global scientific regulations for products
- Interpret global technical regulations for ingredients
- Interpret global scientific regulations for ingredients
- Interpret global technical regulations for materials
- Interpret global scientific regulations for materials
- Collaborate with SRA teams on regulatory developments
- Collaborate with R&D teams on regulatory developments
- Collaborate with Legal teams on regulatory developments
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Assess regulatory developments
- Conduct compliance assessments for new ingredients
- Conduct compliance assessments for new materials
- Support product launches in new markets
- Maintain ingredient data in internal databases
- Maintain material data in internal databases
- Support regulatory reporting
- Support registrations
- Identify supplier-related risks
- Provide guidance on risk mitigation
- Represent SRA requirements in supplier interactions
- Partner with cross-functional teams on testing
- Design material testing
- Execute material testing
- Design product testing
- Execute product testing
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Ensure alignment with safety requirements
- Critically evaluate internal test reports
- Critically evaluate external test reports
- Support material qualification processes
- Provide SRA input in PLM
- Provide SRA input in change management workflows
- Ensure consistency of product specifications
- Ensure integrity of product specifications
