- Master's program enrollment in EE, Microelectronics, Physics, or related
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics (diode, BJT)
- Experience with simulation tools
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Tasks
- Conduct literature reviews on transistor architectures and switching mechanisms
- Perform device-level simulations to analyze switching behavior
- Investigate impact of material properties on switching speed
- Examine device geometry effects on switching performance
- Analyze parasitic elements' influence on switching speed
- Develop models to predict switching performance
- Validate predictive models through testing
- Collaborate with team members on device design
- Test prototype devices with team
- Document findings in regular team meetings
- Present results in final reports
