  • Master's program enrollment in engineering or related field
  • Clear and professional English communication skills

  • General exposure to material characterization or printing/coating processes beneficial

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team

Tasks

  • Conduct a Master's thesis on pad printing technology
  • Perform experimental work using a pad printing platform
  • Optimize printing processes for conductive inks
  • Support development of next-generation conductive materials
  • Design and execute structured experiments
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data with Python
  • Expand pad printing capabilities in the European market
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams
