  • Master studies in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Physics, or comparable
  • Knowledge of signal processing and microwave engineering
  • Interest in applied mathematics and RF electronics
  • Experience in Matlab, Python, or Keysight ADS

Tasks

  • Assess GaN technology in novel integrated RF front-end configurations
  • Analyze full duplex in-band transceivers
  • Evaluate integrated down-conversion methods
  • Study quasi circulator-based systems
  • Perform system simulations to quantify technical performance
  • Measure spurious free dynamic range and selectivity
  • Verify sub-system component models for system simulations
  • Model high power PAs and low noise amplifiers
  • Implement and test various mixer models
  • Evaluate isolation and switching functions
  • Characterize sub-system component models
