Requirements

  • •Enrolled student completing masters in biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry with a focus on stem cell research
  • •Practical experience in stem cell culture, immunofluorescence, cytometry, or qPCR analysis
  • •Strong interest in pluripotent stem cell research
  • •Goal-oriented personality and proactive approach
  • •Fluent English language skills and ability to work within a team

Currently in higher education
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Differentiate human induced pluripotent stem cells into hematopoietic stem cells
  • •Evaluate and optimize strategies for generating iPSC-derived HSCs
  • •Monitor and characterize iPSC-derived HSCs
  • •Perform transcriptional profiling on iPSC-derived HSCs and intermediates
  • •Elucidate molecular mechanisms affected by biophysical parameters
  • •Conduct single cell RNA-seq analysis
