Master Student – Pluripotent Stem Cell differentiation into hematopoietic stem cells(m/w/x)

Requirements

- Goal-oriented personality and proactive approach
- Fluent English language skills and ability to work within a team
Tasks
- Differentiate human induced pluripotent stem cells into hematopoietic stem cells
- Evaluate and optimize strategies for generating iPSC-derived HSCs
- Monitor and characterize iPSC-derived HSCs
- Perform transcriptional profiling on iPSC-derived HSCs and intermediates
- Elucidate molecular mechanisms affected by biophysical parameters
- Conduct single cell RNA-seq analysis
