Requirements

  • •Master’s enrollment in Life Sciences or related field
  • •Practical hands-on lab experience
  • •Flow cytometry or immunoassays experience (plus)
  • •Interest in digital process automation and data curation
  • •Interest in project management tools
  • •Proactive learner with a growth mindset
  • •Comfortable in fast-paced collaborative environments
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills
  • •Full proficiency in English
  • •University confirmation for mandatory internship (Non-EU/EFTA)

Tasks

  • •Develop and optimize biomarker assays using human biological samples
  • •Utilize Flow Cytometry and Immunoassay platforms for research
  • •Troubleshoot assay performance to improve sensitivity and throughput
  • •Analyze experimental data and document findings in electronic notebooks
  • •Gather requirements and create user stories for digital tools
  • •Support the implementation and curation of project management solutions
  • •Collaborate across disciplines to translate results into implementation plans
  • •Assist with the operational workflows for outsourcing biomarker assays
