- Update end-to-end planning based on milestones
- Monitor performance through specific KPIs
- Steer release of work and purchase orders
- Represent supply chain topics in ramp-up meetings
- Drive MPS cycles and ensure plan accuracy
- Coordinate Ariane 6 plans with other managers
- Ensure consistency across SAP and Planisware
- Collaborate with program managers for decision-making
- Define frozen and long-term planning horizons
- Secure the ramp-up by monitoring supply dynamics
- Present MPS performance and OTD indicators
- Organize supply chain reviews for your perimeter
