  • •Provide regulatory advice for the Markets product suite and marketing
  • •Assess the impact of new regulations on business operations
  • •Collaborate with business units to implement regulatory changes
  • •Engage in regulatory advocacy and industry discussions
  • •Analyze and interpret policies and regulations for specific units
  • •Challenge the business regarding regulatory adherence and corrective actions
  • •Escalate potential or actual breaches of regulatory requirements
  • •Assist in developing and implementing remedial actions
  • •Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training
  • •Cooperate with global markets, treasury, and credit finance teams
  • •Review new business initiatives and products for regulatory compliance
  • •Evaluate requests for proposal and marketing materials
  • •Prepare the business for regulatory and third-party examinations
  • •Lead direct interactions with regulators
