Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Initial practical experience in marketing, social media, or event management (advantageous)
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken (French advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Cloud, CRM, CMS tools is a plus
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for social media and marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in international environments
  • Autonomous, structured working style and high willingness to learn and adapt
  • Enjoyment of working with people, team spirit, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, international environment

Tasks

  • Work closely with Project Manager and international marketing team
  • Support marketing initiatives for Germany and Switzerland
  • Develop creative content ideas for social media
  • Draft deal announcements
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn postings
  • Support drafting whitepapers, articles, and newsletters
  • Build and maintain community
  • Analyse performance of marketing activities
  • Optimise marketing activities
  • Assist in planning events in Germany and Switzerland
  • Contribute to HR and employer branding projects
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations

  • Currently in higher education
