- Transform events into structured marketing outputs
- Manage the renewal and upkeep of marketing materials
- Work with design freelancers and agencies to finalize assets
- Ensure marketing materials are up to date and ready for use
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers
- Manage briefs, feedback loops, and deadlines
- Act as a reliable interface between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation
- Support performance tracking and reporting of marketing activities
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and execution quality
