- Proven experience executing brand and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate partners and external agencies
- Comfortable operating in a matrix structure with central European team
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Fluent in German and English
Tasks
- Lead day-to-day marketing activities in Germany
- Execute the German marketing plan aligned with European strategy
- Manage local brand campaigns and performance marketing
- Oversee affiliate partnerships and ensure target achievement
- Coordinate with central marketing, brand, and CRM teams
- Localize campaigns for consistent brand messaging
- Manage local marketing agencies and partners daily
- Review and hold agencies accountable for quality and timelines
- Monitor campaign performance and report to Head of Marketing Europe
- Propose optimizations to improve ROI
- Provide local market insights on competitors and regulations
- Support European decisions with cultural nuances
