  • •Experience in strategic and operational marketing, ideally in the agricultural sector
  • •Strong understanding of marketing and business strategy
  • •High IT affinity and responsibility for Salesforce and CRM systems development
  • •Independent, goal-oriented working style with strong initiative and decision-making skills
  • •Very good communication skills in German and English
  • •Willingness to travel internationally and class B driver's license

  • •Independently enhance and adapt Salesforce for the Austrian market
  • •Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce into marketing and sales processes
  • •Coordinate closely with all business units on planning, budget, and KPI management
  • •Manage budget and marketing controlling responsibilities
  • •Coordinate events such as trade fairs and specialist gatherings
  • •Foster a cross-cultural and innovative team culture
