Marketing Designer - Performance Marketing(m/w/x)
Creating visual assets for paid social and search campaigns on Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. Performance marketing creative experience and Adobe Suite/Figma proficiency required. Annual L&D budget of €2000, virtual stock options.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering performance marketing creative across digital channels
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
- Working knowledge of motion design and video production
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate into actionable creative iterations
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated fast-paced industry
- Understanding of how design supports business outcomes
- Confident using AI tools to enhance creative workflows
- Staying current on emerging technologies
- Track record of operating autonomously in lean, agile teams
- Ability to manage speed, quality, and stakeholders simultaneously
Tasks
- Shape creative presence across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Own end-to-end creative execution for paid and owned channels
- Translate briefs, performance data, and channel requirements into compelling assets
- Produce high-quality static, video, and motion content
- Work closely with the Content Manager to align on creative direction
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions
- Run structured A/B tests and iterate quickly based on results
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Integrate AI tools and automation into workflow
- Increase output speed and creative quality
- Contribute to and improve creative systems
- Enhance templates and production processes
