Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant professional experience
  • •Proven professional experience in data architecture, data modelling and data engineering
  • •Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), eg Salesforce Data Cloud or Adobe RTCDP
  • •Data & Analytics Expertise: Snowflake, Tableau, Azure, Databricks, Google Analytics or similar
  • •Excellent SQL skills, Python beneficial
  • •Deep understanding of data-driven marketing concepts
  • •Experience with Marketing and Sales platforms, eg Salesforce, Marketo, Marketing Cloud
  • •Great communicator and presenter
  • •Sound industry experience in B2B, especially life sciences or complex products
  • •Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Develop scalable marketing data architecture
  • •Define and implement data models in marketing platforms
  • •Lead global marketing data projects, including CDP rollout
  • •Support marketing teams in requirements engineering
  • •Ensure actionable marketing data modeling and implementation
  • •Enhance dashboard performance and enable new marketing techniques
  • •Own marketing data documentation and develop training materials
  • •Train the marketing organization to foster a data-driven mindset
  • •Liaise with Sales and Product Management for data integration
  • •Collaborate with marketing and IT teams across divisions
