Marketing Data Analyst(m/w/x)
Analyzing marketing, campaign, and customer data for a European B2B mobility platform. Strong analytical skills and BI tool experience required. Hybrid work, flexible hours.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, ideally within marketing or digital environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Solid experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Tag Manager)
- Confident working with SQL and ideally basic knowledge of Python
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, performance marketing, and digital business models
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work with strong quality focus
- Clear and confident communication for presenting data-driven insights
- Very good German and English language skills
- Preference for equally qualified severely disabled applicants
Tasks
- Analyze complex marketing, campaign, and customer data
- Generate meaningful insights from data
- Derive actionable recommendations to optimize marketing
- Take ownership of reporting structures
- Ensure high data quality
- Continuously develop analytics landscape
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Evaluate marketing activity effectiveness
- Conduct deep-dive analyses for growth opportunities
- Provide data-driven recommendations for performance marketing
- Manage data quality, tracking logic, and data validation
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models
- Design and analyze A/B and statistical tests
- Maintain interfaces within marketing data warehouse
- Leverage AI models for segmentation and forecasting
- Optimize and personalize marketing activities
- Collaborate with international teams on data-driven strategies
