Marketing Analyst Bioprocess Solutions(m/w/x)
Developing marketing performance dashboards and analytics for global bioprocess solutions at a life science company. Several years' marketing analytics experience with Tableau, GA4, Snowflake, or Salesforce knowledge required. Vacation and holiday bonuses, with remote options and flextime.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in data analytics, marketing, business administration, or similar, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant professional experience
- Several years’ experience in marketing analytics
- Sound understanding of marketing processes and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of tools to measure marketing success – eg, Tableau, Google Analytics 4, Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Databricks, Azure
- Great communicator and presenter
- Strong analytical thinker
- Sound industry experience in B2B, especially life sciences or complex products with a long sales cycle, B2C experience a plus
- Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus

Tasks
- Define business KPIs and goals
- Develop solutions to measure marketing performance
- Support global Marketing and Product Management teams with dashboards and analytics
- Generate actionable insights for continuous improvements
- Foster a data-driven mindset within teams
- Manage the marketing analytics roadmap for the BPS division
- Integrate datasets across multiple data sources
- Develop KPIs and tools to measure marketing success
- Define corrective actions for campaigns and product launches
- Create and maintain actionable reporting dashboards in Tableau
- Capture marketing insights to measure performance
- Analyze customer behavior to support business strategy
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to define the analytics roadmap
- Drive enhancements around analytics capabilities for the division
- Further develop the marketing analytics tech stack
- Support global collaboration on analytics measurement and partnership
