Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing focus) or comparable qualification
- Several years professional experience in Strategy, Business Development, or Market Analysis (ideally MedTech)
- Experience with market analysis tools (market sizing, competitive assessments)
- Strong affinity for business models, strategic levers, financial metrics
- Solid knowledge of relevant MedTech markets
- Experience with MedTech competitors or customer segments
- Excellent written and spoken English command
- Good German skills (advantage)
- Strong ability/interest in problem structuring, data analysis/synthesis, insight generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented working style
- Ability to navigate organizational structures, network with stakeholders, operate effectively
- Commitment to continuous skill development and enhancement
Tasks
- Partner with Global Marketing teams in assigned business areas.
- Observe and analyze market and competitor information.
- Support data-driven decision-making.
- Create value in product and service commercialization.
- Support business strategy and portfolio development.
- Support key activities with market and competitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Tailor and communicate market and competitive insights to stakeholders.
- Identify, collect, and integrate relevant data.
- Build consistent and accessible data models.
- Validate assumptions using structured methodologies.
- Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop in-depth market and competitor understanding.
- Maintain market and competitor understanding for assigned areas.
