As a Manufacturing Team Leader in Printing and Framing, you will oversee production teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently. Your role involves mentoring team members, applying lean principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •Proven experience leading and developing teams
• •Strong understanding of production flows, planning, and quality assurance
• •Experience with process improvement methodologies
• •Completed technical or production apprenticeship
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills
• •Structured, proactive working style focused on solutions
• •Strong German and basic English skills
• •Background or qualification in printing is advantageous
• •Further qualification such as master craftsman or technician
• •Prior experience in manufacturing focused on premium products

Tasks

• •Lead the printing and framing departments
• •Organize and guide production teams in printing, cutting, assembly, and framing
• •Monitor daily operations to ensure product quality
• •Apply lean principles like 5S and KVP for process improvements
• •Manage resources including people, machines, and materials
• •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• •Deliver high-quality framed and printed products consistently
• •Mentor and motivate team members to exceed performance goals
• •Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• •Act as a visible leader to drive results and collaboration
