Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition manufacturing, QC, emulsion technologies, formulation/stability of complex mixtures
  • Master’s or PhD in engineering, science, related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Readiness for global leadership
  • Extensive experience in injectable/sterile fluids manufacturing, QC, formulation/stability of complex mixtures, packaging, scale-up, transfers, QC methods
  • Demonstrated success collaborating in multi-cultural, globally distributed teams
  • Adaptability and strategic alignment to diverse regional priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
  • Track record of compliance and process innovation
  • History of leading transformative projects in MS&T
  • Ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
  • Ability to drive organizational change
  • Advanced English fluency
  • Additional language skills (German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hindi) are a plus
  • Exceptional ability to build partnerships
