Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of complex engineering projects, ensuring smooth delivery by coordinating with various teams and managing customer changes. Your focus will be on maintaining transparency and driving project success.

Requirements

• •Background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering, or comparable technical field
• •At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, delivery, operations, supply chain, or technical sales environments
• •Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing project logic
• •Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
• •Strong operational, hands-on mindset with high ownership
• •Confident, diplomatic, and assertive communicator across teams, customers, and suppliers
• •Fluent English required; German strongly preferred

Tasks

• •Support and track delivery schedules for multiple engineering projects
• •Ensure transparency on timelines, dependencies, and risks
• •Coordinate day-to-day execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
• •Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely and quality delivery
• •Manage customer-driven changes during active projects
• •Align impacts on execution, delivery, and revenue
• •Facilitate clarification loops between Engineering, Sales, customers, and suppliers
• •Maintain accurate project, delivery, and shipment data in ERP systems
• •Prepare clear project and shipment status updates
• •Support KPI tracking for on-time delivery, quality, and revenue conversion
