Tasks
- Analyze and improve assembly processes
- Identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities
- Implement measures to increase productivity
- Reduce production scrap consistently
- Design efficient workflows for ELMEC products
- Define optimal assembly step sequences
- Select suitable production machines and tools
- Create 3D CAD models for workstations
- Plan and supervise tool manufacturing
- Apply Poka Yoke principles to tool design
- Collaborate with toolmaking and design teams
- Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests for investments
- Calculate amortization and savings potential
- Maintain technical data in SAP and TLM
- Manage technical documentation and work instructions
- Co-design automation and testing equipment
- Prepare specifications for automation solutions
- Execute sustaining projects following company guidelines
- Create and maintain process FMEAs
- Lead industrial development and plant implementation
- Manage production ramp-ups and performance KPIs
