- •3-5 years of employment experience
- •Technical degree, ideally Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
- •Master’s degree preferred
- •3 years relevant professional experience
- •Knowledge of product development and production
- •Experience in process design and optimization
- •Cross-functional environment management skills
- •Communication with teams and suppliers
- •Familiarity with program finances and quality tools
- •Proficiency in SAP and MS Office

- •Analyze and improve assembly processes
- •Identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities
- •Implement measures to increase productivity
- •Reduce production scrap consistently
- •Design efficient workflows for ELMEC products
- •Define optimal assembly step sequences
- •Select suitable production machines and tools
- •Create 3D CAD models for workstations
- •Plan and supervise tool manufacturing
- •Apply Poka Yoke principles to tool design
- •Collaborate with toolmaking and design teams
- •Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests for investments
- •Calculate amortization and savings potential
- •Maintain technical data in SAP and TLM
- •Manage technical documentation and work instructions
- •Co-design automation and testing equipment
- •Prepare specifications for automation solutions
- •Execute sustaining projects following company guidelines
- •Create and maintain process FMEAs
- •Lead industrial development and plant implementation
- •Manage production ramp-ups and performance KPIs
