Requirements
- Masters or MBA Degree

- Technical understanding of bonding and cleaning technology
- Practical experience in design of industrial cleaning systems and bonding processes

- Organizational and strong communication skills
- Openness to new ideas and innovation
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel for on-site support
Tasks
- Serve as TE-wide point of contact for cleaning and joining processes
- Develop complex processes to improve Manufacturing Readiness Level
- Enhance process KPIs, such as process stability
- Understand and apply data analysis and machine learning
- Coordinate activities and timelines with various TE departments and external partners
- Support production teams with complex cleaning and joining challenges
- Identify and build relationships with suitable business partners
- Create a network of internal and external experts, institutions, and stakeholders
- Define basic requirements for standardizing new machinery and manufacturing technologies
- Conduct market studies to identify new processing techniques and optimization potentials
- Contribute to the creation of roadmaps for future processes
- Develop and implement new innovations and concepts for future market needs
- Share knowledge and derive best practices for processes and products
