  • Design efficient workflows for ELMEC products
  • Define optimal assembly step sequences
  • Select suitable production machines and tools
  • Create 3D CAD models for workstations
  • Plan and supervise tool manufacturing
  • Apply Poka Yoke principles to tool design
  • Collaborate with toolmaking and design teams
  • Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests for investments
  • Calculate amortization and savings potential
  • Maintain technical data in SAP and TLM
  • Manage technical documentation and work instructions
  • Co-design automation and testing equipment
  • Prepare specifications for automation solutions
  • Execute sustaining projects following company guidelines
  • Create and maintain process FMEAs
  • Lead industrial development and plant implementation
  • Manage production ramp-ups and performance KPIs
