- •Knowledge in MS Power BI or Tableau
- •Initial understanding of low-code platforms
- •Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- •Initial exposure to OutSystems, Power Platform or Node-RED
- •Teamwork and good communication skills
- •Analytical mindset and structured work approach
- •High motivation and proactivity
- •Interest in data analysis and visualization
- •Interest in process optimization and digital workflows
- •Good German and English communication skills
- •Enrollment at university

- •Conceive, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications
- •Analyze data and create meaningful reports using MS Power BI
- •Analyze and optimize existing business processes
- •Identify potentials for digital transformation
- •Handle, structure, and maintain relational SQL databases

- •Participate in digitalization projects
