Requirements

  • •Degree in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, or comparable field
  • •Extensive experience in system and software development for electronically controlled chassis systems
  • •Methodological knowledge of project and development processes in automotive industry (A-SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434)
  • •Proven leadership experience with interdisciplinary, intercultural, and remote teams
  • •Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead the System and Software Development Team for Smart Leveling Systems
  • •Ensure quality, cost, and timing targets are met
  • •Support product development from concept to series production
  • •Coordinate the creation of technical requirement specifications for mechatronic components
  • •Manage control unit hardware and basic software specifications
  • •Guide the team in managing suppliers for purchased components
  • •Oversee external development support
  • •Take responsibility for budget planning and headcount management
  • •Prepare management reports
