Requirements
- •Stakeholder management and capital project experience
- •Procurement skills in supplier relationships, expediting, prioritizing, negotiating deliveries, and analyzing supplier performance
- •Strong customer service orientation and excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
- •Experience in SAP/Ariba and S2P processes
- •cGMP experience in biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Icertis contract management
- •Positive, collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork
- •Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
- •High degree of independence with minimal supervision
- •Proactive, creative, and analytic approach to continuous improvement in procurement services
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Biomedical, or Pharmaceutical Science
- •Minimum 5 years of work experience in Procurement or related Supplier management role
- •Understanding of procurement operations related to OSD manufacturing

- •Lead local sourcing efforts for capital projects, equipment, and MRO/OEM
- •Align with the manufacturing network strategy and initiatives
- •Partner closely with the site management team to support the business
- •Engage with sister sites in the GPS network for best value
- •Manage suppliers and engage with site stakeholders and global teams
- •Implement global projects and processes to ensure timely execution
- •Drive standardization and deliver cost savings for managed categories
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor material consumption and supplier deliveries
- •Negotiate and conduct operational reviews with suppliers
- •Investigate and resolve issues like invoice discrepancies and quality problems
- •Manage CDAs, LOIs, SOWs, and MSAs across the site and network
- •Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance
- •Serve as the primary contact for pricing and supplier relationship management
- •Achieve metrics including savings, purchase price variance, and budget management
- •Lead Supplier Relationship Management programs with Category Leads
- •Develop and execute regional sub-category strategies with relevant leads
- •Oversee the annual raw materials budget process in collaboration with finance and supply chain
- •Support cGMP or finance audit activities as needed
- •Identify local suppliers and best practices for global initiatives
