- •Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business
- •Work experience of 2-5 years in management consulting with industry-related experience in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry, semiconductor solutions or similar
- •Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas
- •Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Proactive, self-motivated work approach
- •Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
- •Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area for regular office presence

- •Provide business consulting for strategy development
- •Support projects from design to implementation
- •Own projects end-to-end, including client interactions
- •Guide project teams in flat team structures

- •Develop project proposals and steering committee presentations
- •Ensure project closure and documentation
- •Mentor and develop junior colleagues
