Requirements

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
  • Adherence to GMP safety standards
  • Cleanroom restrictions (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, etc.)
  • Ability to work in cold room/freezers (-22F/-6C)
  • Warehouse experience
  • Advanced degree and profound experience, or bachelor's degree and many years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical packaging operations or related GMP environment
  • Preferred fields of study: Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements, quality systems, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement
  • Advanced communication skills for internal and external interfacing
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Artios, AutoCAD)
  • Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics for operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of packaging processes, materials, and industry requirements
  • Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments when required
  • Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
