Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Professional experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC/S/4HANA) with solid role design expertise
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP troubleshooting and system analysis, including integrated SAP development environments
- Experience in SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes (e.g., BTP, IAS, integrations, Cloud Connector)
- Strong understanding of compliance, SoD, and audit requirements
- Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within international S/4HANA programs
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and German, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Tasks
- Govern SAP authorization and access management
- Design and maintain role concepts
- Ensure compliance and security
- Manage user lifecycle processes
- Lead SAP license management
- Oversee security operations
- Ensure secure integration between SAP environments
- Act as Stream Lead for Roles & Authorizations
- Govern external service providers
- Drive continuous improvement
