Requirements
- •Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- •Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and basic knowledge in related systems (APO, BW, EWM, ME)
- •Proven track record in leading SAP CoE or similar roles within a global organization
- •Extensive experience in SAP project management and system integration
- •Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC systems and their functionalities
- •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- •Fluent language skills in English and German
- •Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation
- •Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- •Focused on achieving business objectives and delivering value
- •Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- •Lead and develop a SAP team of Product Owners and Delivery Leads
- •Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team
- •Manage the strategic partnership with the off-shore partner for SAP deliveries
- •Establish governance frameworks for SAP operations
- •Ensure compliance with Husqvarna group processes in SAP legacy deployments
- •Promote the NextStep initiative to enhance DevOps/Agile practices in ERP
- •Strengthen the culture within global ERP operations in Global Information Services
- •Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations for knowledge transfer
- •Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
- •Coordinate cross-functionally with delivery teams and business projects
- •Align with Amplify Program prerequisites to meet objectives and timelines
- •Plan and maintain sunset timelines for legacy platforms
- •Develop a resource transformation plan throughout the transition
- •Execute the CoE strategy to support the SAP landscape and connected systems
- •Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP systems
- •Define and anchor the strategy and roadmap towards S/4HANA
- •Oversee daily operations of the SAP infrastructure and connected systems
- •Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
- •Manage SAP upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- •Lead and mentor a team of SAP experts
- •Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the CoE
- •Conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities
- •Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
- •Translate business needs into SAP solutions
- •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- •Oversee SAP-related projects from inception to completion
- •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- •Implement best practices for project management and delivery
