- •Engage with customers, promoting the Proofpoint vision to technical and C-suite executives
- •Attract, hire, and retain top talent to support rapid growth
- •Develop and mentor team members to achieve their career goals
- •Coach and enable a team of elite Sales Engineers in product expertise and technical sales processes
- •Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and ensure customer loyalty
- •Engage and sponsor local channel partners to support business growth
- •Initiate and execute local initiatives to drive business expansion
