- Fluent written and spoken English
- Skills in other European languages are a plus
- Advanced user of MS Office
- University degree in sales, business, economics, or digital
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Retail Operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
Tasks
- Develop and manage retail initiatives and strategies
- Support consumer experience and in-store services
- Implement and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs
- Coordinate adiClub support and in-store digital experiences
- Build sustainable Digital & Consumer Experience Frameworks
- Create and own communication and implementation plans
- Develop actionable deliverables and workback timelines
- Conduct impact assessments and business readiness plans
- Measure benefit realization and success KPIs
- Standardize processes and tools across European retail
- Develop and execute change management strategies
- Promote transparency and collaboration with senior management
- Provide training and supporting materials
- Facilitate change management for key initiatives
- Document and share best practices and programs
- Monitor and report on key retail operations initiatives
- Represent business interests as an ambassador to global teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams
