Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools; experience with Polarion is an advantage
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and cGxP, is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in or able to work from Estenfeld, Germany (hybrid work arrangement)
- Combination of experience and education may vary from the above listed qualifications
Tasks
- Lead and manage a team of software quality engineers
- Plan and prioritize quality engineering activities
- Provide leadership through hiring, onboarding, and coaching
- Define and execute test strategies across projects
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting
- Establish and improve quality processes and standards
- Evaluate and implement testing tools and frameworks
- Ensure integrity of testing and acceptance activities
- Partner with development and project management teams
- Identify quality risks and drive corrective actions
- Provide guidance on quality management practices
- Maintain and update organizational quality standards
