Tasks
- Lead and manage 30 employees across multiple quality departments
- Oversee supplier quality, customer quality, and metrology teams
- Manage laboratory operations and management systems
- Direct operational quality assurance within battery assembly
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards
- Focus on product integrity and functional safety
- Support complex SOPs and series production change management
- Provide professional assurance through APQP and PPAP processes
- Represent the plant in critical quality reviews and audits
- Coordinate with premium customers and suppliers
- Expand digital traceability systems and e-mobility error analysis
- Report quality metrics directly to plant management
