- •Lead and manage 30 employees across multiple quality departments
- •Oversee supplier quality, customer quality, and metrology teams
- •Manage laboratory operations and management systems
- •Direct operational quality assurance within battery assembly
- •Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards
- •Focus on product integrity and functional safety
- •Support complex SOPs and series production change management
- •Provide professional assurance through APQP and PPAP processes
- •Represent the plant in critical quality reviews and audits
- •Coordinate with premium customers and suppliers
- •Expand digital traceability systems and e-mobility error analysis
- •Report quality metrics directly to plant management
