Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in growing software products, ideally with SaaS or SAP background
  • •Proven track record of managing a product portfolio
  • •Strong leadership skills
  • •Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to analyze, adapt and develop existing structures
  • •Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel as required

  • •Drive commercial growth throughout the product life cycle
  • •Analyze and prioritize market requirements for current and future products
  • •Identify growth opportunities aligned with company strategy
  • •Orchestrate solutions for market needs with platform products
  • •Lead a team of product management experts
  • •Collaborate with management and colleagues across the organization
  • •Develop business plans and present strategic proposals to executives
  • •Translate business needs into a compelling strategy
  • •Monitor product success by tracking key performance metrics
  • •Act as a coach and mentor for the team
