  • •Plan and oversee departmental resources and timelines, aligning material availability with production schedules
  • •Mitigate risks related to shortages or delays
  • •Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth material flow
  • •Organize and maintain logistics data, KPIs, and exception handling, including inventory accuracy and shipping lead times
  • •Prepare documentation and SOPs for export/customs compliance and dangerous goods handling
