Tasks
- Lead Automotive BMS Application Engineering team
- Serve as technical bridge between customers and internal groups
- Grow and develop applications team
- Mentor and support team members
- Create and manage product collateral
- Develop EVBs, firmware, demo applications, user guides, data sheets, and technical documentation
- Conduct competitive benchmarking
- Provide comparison data to shape product roadmap
- Support marketing and sales efforts
- Identify and win business opportunities
- Hold regular meetings with Marketing, Sales, and FAEs
- Build and maintain trusted technical partnerships with customer teams
