Requirements

  • •In depth understanding of business travel industry and workflows

  • •Expertise in budget management and KPI tracking

Tasks

  • •Maintain travel policy adherence and positive traveler experiences
  • •Provide expert support for visa application procedures
  • •Negotiate corporate agreements with airlines and hotels
  • •Develop and optimize the company fleet strategy
  • •Manage partnerships with dealerships and leasing providers
  • •Ensure transparent and sustainable fleet operations
  • •Oversee budget planning and mobility cost control
  • •Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
  • •Coach team members to foster professional growth
  • •Strengthen team procurement and negotiation capabilities
