Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technical Field
• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar
• 3+ years' experience as Data Analyst or Management Reporting
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes
• Demonstrated experience as a reporting analyst
• Knowledge of appropriate data analysis techniques
• 3 years Automotive Experience
• 2 years Project management experience leading cross functional teams
• Deep knowledge of the VCProMap Method
• Moderation and Training skills
• Analytical skills for data-driven reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of the VCProMap Process
• PMI certification preferred
• Fluency in English
• Moderation, facilitation, negotiation skills, and IT affinity

Tasks

• Document global project management processes
• Support and guide VCProMaP stakeholders
• Execute and monitor process improvement initiatives
• Manage change requests from business units
• Oversee new business process implementations
• Design and update training materials
• Conduct end-user training for new hires
• Manage the recorded training database
• Train and oversee key user trainers
• Partner with HR on training strategies
• Roll out new project management trainings
• Standardize project management reporting and formats
• Define and track all key performance indicators
• Prepare reports for organizational data analysis
• Maintain and update databases for accuracy
• Review data reports to correct errors
• Communicate data insights to executive leadership
• Support departments through data analytics
• Monitor data to identify emerging trends
• Benchmark reporting tools against market standards
• Align with global and regional PMO heads
• Define communication and escalation templates
• Standardize project management via the handbook
• Implement PM systems and control mechanisms
• Enable continuous improvement of tools and systems
• Support Multi Project Board implementation
• Train Tech Center staff on PM software
• Lead workshops for process improvement
