Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A or controlling in an international environment
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP CO, SAP BW, SAC, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • •Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus

Tasks

  • •Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for EBIT, cash flow, and net working capital
  • •Analyze variances and business drivers to provide insights and recommendations
  • •Lead FP&A activities for MedTech central functions, including budgeting and personnel cost planning
  • •Drive automation and modernization of reporting tools using SAP SAC and dashboards
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance processes and decision-making
