Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • At least 5 years’ experience in M&A
  • Familiarity with financial concepts
  • Excellent English knowledge, German preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Results-oriented with independent work ability
  • Flexibility to travel

Tasks

  • Coordinate and execute M&A projects.
  • Manage due diligence across all streams.
  • Prepare financial models and valuations.
  • Evaluate integration and synergy concepts.
  • Prepare offer documents and legal frameworks.
  • Develop and execute turnaround strategies.
  • Oversee M&A integration processes.
