Tasks
- Lead IT Due Diligence for strategic and financial sponsors
- Assess system landscapes, integrations, scalability, and risks
- Evaluate treasury setups, including Kyriba architecture and bank connectivity
- Develop initiatives for process automation and centralisation of payments
- Improve liquidity visibility using Kyriba
- Support carve-outs and post-merger integration involving Kyriba
- Build technology roadmaps and business cases for operational efficiency
- Reduce risks and enhance EBITDA impact
- Support portfolio companies in executing technology initiatives
- Track progress and ensure value realization
- Prepare client deliverables and present findings
- Coordinate and guide analysts and consultants
- Support proposal development and market research
- Build Interpath’s treasury and Kyriba capability
