Requirements

  • •University degree, ideally in finance or accounting
  • •3 years' relevant experience in comparable positions
  • •Real estate asset class experience (plus)
  • •Familiarity with IFRS and HGB principles
  • •Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
  • •Data analytics skills in PowerBI or SQL
  • •Solutions-oriented mindset and self-initiative
  • •Negotiation level English and German skills

Tasks

  • •Manage financial performance throughout the investment life-cycle
  • •Analyze fund, joint venture, and investment structures
  • •Take an active role in managing real estate participations
  • •Partner with internal and external asset and investment management
  • •Liaise with internal client service teams and group investors
  • •Prepare and validate investment plans and forecasts
  • •Consolidate liquidity and P&L planning under IFRS and HGB
  • •Report on quarterly forecasts and actual financial performance
  • •Analyze plan-actual deviations and key performance drivers
  • •Execute ad-hoc analyses and portfolio stress tests
  • •Coordinate the global investment planning process
  • •Aggregate and report on overall planning outcomes
  • •Collect and validate data for the PPRE warehouse
  • •Improve existing controlling tools and methods
  • •Implement new portfolio and company planning tools
  • •Enhance data analytics capabilities through special projects
