- •Extensive knowledge of market research and business data analytics
- •Excellent knowledge of category management and sales principles
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Strong communication, inter-cultural, and presentational skills
- •Skilled in execution and project management
- •Eagerness to learn and drive change
- •Business fluent in German and English
- •Proficient in Office tools

- •Optimize assortments and clusters based on customer data
- •Develop new categories to enhance the product offering
- •Drive operational excellence with Demand Planning and Pricing teams
- •Manage assortment decisions to improve customer experience and brand loyalty
- •Conduct in-depth analytics on consumer purchase preferences
- •Oversee lifecycle management of product assortments
- •Identify new business opportunities within category management
- •Coordinate projects across departments for better collaboration
- •Enhance transparency through dashboard development and reporting
- •Align financial and commercial KPIs with country targets
- •Analyze market and internal data to identify trends
- •Develop a 24-month business plan for product categories
- •Create strategies to improve the customer journey and experience
- •Collaborate with vendors for supply chain excellence
- •Support pricing and demand management targets
- •Aggregate and interpret data to identify trends in white goods
- •Define and implement international standards for Category Management
- •Drive communication with internal teams and external partners
- •Design market insights to standardize category strategy reports
- •Work with countries to establish a commercial calendar
- •Define the rhythm and content for Category strategic reviews
