Requirements
- •8–12 years of professional experience in project management, integration, transformation, or value creation
- •Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) and operational value creation programs
- •Proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments
- •Strong skills in project controlling, reporting, and financial impact management
- •Excellent PowerPoint skills and a strong sense for concise, professional presentations
- •Communicative, structured, analytical, and execution-driven
- •Confident in working with managing directors and senior stakeholders
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20–30%)

Tasks
- •Manage up to 15 integration and value creation projects annually
- •Translate strategic goals into detailed project plans with milestones and KPIs
- •Ensure structured, efficient, and measurable project implementation
- •Maintain a central project portfolio and prepare regular management reports
- •Apply the Integration Playbook across governance, finance, HR, IT, reporting, and legal
- •Oversee all workstreams from acquisition to operational stabilization
- •Collaborate with founders and managing directors to identify synergies and harmonize processes
- •Promote integration as a partnership while respecting local identities
- •Manage group-wide value creation programs, including pricing optimization and margin improvement
- •Implement synergy and efficiency initiatives in procurement, processes, and IT
- •Coach and empower local management teams
- •Facilitate cross-selling programs and governance improvements
- •Track economic effects such as EBITDA, cash flow, and costs
- •Create clear presentations and management reports in PowerPoint to showcase progress
- •Establish a clear reporting structure for integration and value creation
- •Monitor KPIs, success metrics, and reporting standards
- •Prepare high-quality decision papers, management presentations, and investor reports
- •Identify risks, bottlenecks, and necessary actions early
- •Engage with managing directors and senior leaders at an equal level
- •Lead with structure, clarity, and trust rather than hierarchy
- •Bridge communication between central and local teams
- •Build long-term, trust-based relationships with entrepreneurial leaders
