- •Expert knowledge of IFRS and PPA
- •Understanding of group consolidation processes
- •Experience with IFRS transitions (advantageous)
- •Structured mindset and sense of responsibility
- •Understanding of complex group structures
- •Fluent English and German skills (beneficial)
- •Tax advisor or auditor certification (plus)

- •Select and implement new consolidation software
- •Onboard new subsidiaries into group consolidation

- •Standardize and integrate reporting structures
- •Execute IFRS conversions and post-merger accounting
- •Support M&A processes through accounting and consolidation
