Requirements

  • Experience with AI/automation-supported operational environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural teams
  • Willingness to travel (15%)

Tasks

  • Lead the global spare parts inside-sales organization.
  • Develop the global spare parts inside-sales organization.
  • Build a unified, customer-centric sales support structure across regions.
  • Harmonize global processes.
  • Implement the global operating model in EMEA & NAM.
  • Establish standardized KPIs.
  • Establish standardized service levels.

  • Accelerate digitalization initiatives.
  • Accelerate automation initiatives.
  • Leverage AI, eCommerce, and ticketing systems.
  • Guide regional teams through change initiatives.
  • Ensure strong communication across markets.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, Operations.
