- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- •5+ years in enterprise application management for organisations with 10,000+ users
- •Proven expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and vendor management
- •Demonstrated experience leading and developing application delivery teams
- •Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- •Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
- •Deep understanding of enterprise application security best practices
- •Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace and Slack administration and best practices
- •Proven ability to drive Power User Community deployment and management across multiple entities at a global scale

- •Evaluate, implement, and optimize applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Slack
- •Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for platform-related issues

- •Negotiate cost-effective licensing with strategic partners
- •Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through seamless application delivery
- •Manage incident and release management processes
- •Enforce security standards and compliance with regulations
- •Develop and manage the enterprise applications budget
- •Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight
- •Guide and support a team of 6 application specialists
- •Create and maintain documentation and training materials
- •Ensure a 'follow the sun' support model across locations
- •Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
